New season, new life

A fun week of visits and trips this week...

We headed over to expat-Kiwi Jason and Minna's place to meet baby Jericho who is doing great. Mira was smitten.

Kasper is also smitten with Jason's guitar collection. He spent most of the time rocking out in the lounge. Jason even promised to record a song with him next time he comes around. Here's Jason teaching the ways of Rock!

"That's right bring your pinky out..."

 "...and rock on!"

We headed out to Hirvensalo while NZ was thrashing Tonga and chilled out in the forest. Here's K getting in touch with his "Lord of the Flies" side.

"Fresh Porcini (Herkku tatti)? Why yes, I'll take two." These dry nicely after a few days in a cooling off sauna.

Doing the robot in the forest.

This is the closest we'll get to hanging in a church for some time.

 Forest picnic.

Hanging with Anna and Sami Enu when they came to visit on the weekend.

Kasper learnt to jump off mid swing over the weekend.

Emi wouldn't be pushed by anyone else except for Sami Enu.

  1. OMG Kasper looks so long and lanky in the 'robot dance' photo! When did you grow so tall, K? Also loved to her that you are swing jumping now. its true, you will be an Extreme Sports man very soon
And Emmy, I am so happy that you still have your curls. Thanks for that picture of me and the surfboard last time - awesome.
Things here are good - the rugby festival is fun (truly!), so many new things in town to see. The re-opened art mueseum is AWESOME, and my niece Aria is in the guide book.
I miss you all an love you all x x x CAROLINE
