After weeks of "Are we going to Moominworld today?" yesterday was finally the day to go. Nana, Aiti and the kids went and had a great day checking out the results of Tove Janssen's imagination. It's the Disneyland of Scandinavia...without the rides and rabid commercialisation...well maybe a bit of commercialisation, but in a reserved Finnish sort of way. K & E returned stoked on all things Moomin and have made us promise to take them every year...or at least until their innocence wears off and they realise they're all people in suits.
